Common use of Patent Costs Clause in Contracts

Patent Costs. LICENSEE shall reimburse UNIVERSITY for all past Patent Costs (prior to the Effective Date) in accordance to an arrangement to be agreed between the parties, as described in Exhibit B. Past Patent Costs are approximately two thousand three hundred dollars (US$2,300) as of the Effective Date. LICENSEE shall reimburse UNIVERSITY all future (on or after the Effective Date) Patent Costs incurred during the Term and in the Territory within thirty (30) days following the date an itemized invoice is sent from UNIVERSITY to LICENSEE.
