PATENT MARKING AND NONENDORSEMENT. 5.1 ADAPTIMMUNE hereby agrees to xxxx each LICENSED LTC T CELL PRODUCT under this LICENSE (or when the character of the product precludes marking, the package containing any such LICENSED LTC T CELL PRODUCT) in accordance with applicable law so as to preserve all available patent rights. ADAPTIMMUNE agrees not to create the appearance that any of LTC or its AFFILIATES endorse ADAPTIMMUNE’s business or products. LTC agrees not to create the appearance that ADAPTIMMUNE or any of its AFFILIATES endorse LTC’s business or products unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the PARTIES.

ADAPTIMMUNE agrees not to create the appearance that any of LTC or its AFFILIATES or any of the PARENT LICENSORS endorse ADAPTIMMUNE’s business or products. LTC agrees not to create the appearance that ADAPTIMMUNE or any of its AFFILIATES endorse LTC’s business or products unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the PARTIES.
