Licensee shall place in a conspicuous location on Licensed Products patent notice in accordance with 35 U.S.C. §287 and in accordance with the applicable laws in each jurisdiction of the Licensed Territory in which the Licensed Products are made, used, sold, offered for sale or Otherwise Disposed Of. Licensee agrees to xxxx any Licensed Products with the word “patent” or “xxx.” and the number of each applicable licensed patent hereunder, and, with respect to such licensed patents, to respond to any request for disclosure under 35 U.S.C. §287(b)(4)(B) by only notifying Licensor of the request for disclosure.
