Patent Rights to Derivative Technology. The right to create Derivatives granted above shall not be construed to confer any Patent rights with respect to such Derivatives except, and solely to the extent, such Patent rights are granted hereunder with respect to the underlying Technology in the Project Deliverables as delivered hereunder.
