Patent Security Agreements. If applicable, duly executed originals of the Patent Security Agreement, dated the Closing Date, and all instruments, documents and agreements executed pursuant thereto.

Patent Security Agreements. The provisions of the Patent Security Agreements are supplemental to the provisions of this Agreement, and nothing contained in the Patent Security Agreements shall limit any of the rights or remedies of Secured Party hereunder.

Patent Security Agreements. If reasonably requested by the Agent or any other Secured Party, each Grantor shall execute and deliver to the Agent the Patent Security Agreement (attached hereto as Exhibit III) pursuant to which the Grantor shall grant to the Agent (on behalf of the Secured Parties) security interests in certain Collateral consisting of patents, and patent registrations. The provisions of the Patent Security Agreement are supplemental to the provisions of this Agreement, and nothing contained in the Patent Security Agreement shall derogate from any of the rights or remedies of the Agent or any other Secured Party hereunder. Neither the delivery of, nor anything contained in, the Patent Security Agreement shall be deemed to prevent or postpone the time of attachment or perfection of any security interest in such Collateral created hereby.
