Common use of Patent, Trademark and Clause in Contracts

Patent, Trademark and. Copyright Security Agreement shall mean the Patent, Trademark and Copyright Security Agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit 1.1(P)(1) executed and delivered by each of the Loan Parties to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders. Payment Date shall mean the first day of each calendar quarter after the date hereof and on the Expiration Date or upon acceleration of the Notes.

Patent, Trademark and. Copyright Security Agreement shall mean the Patent, Trademark and Copyright Security Agreement in substantially the form Agreement, dated of Exhibit 1.1(P)(1) even date herewith, executed and delivered by each of the Loan Parties to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the LendersSecured Parties, as amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time. Payment Date shall mean the first day of each calendar quarter after the date hereof hereof, the Maturity Date and on the Expiration Date or upon date of acceleration of the NotesLoans.

Patent, Trademark and. Copyright Security Agreement shall mean the Patent, Trademark and Copyright Security Agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit 1.1(P)(1) executed and delivered by each of the Loan Parties to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the LendersCollateral Agent. Payment Date shall mean initially, November 1, 2014, and thereafter the first day of each calendar quarter after the date hereof February, May, August and November, and on the Expiration Date or upon acceleration of the Notes.

Patent, Trademark and. Copyright Security Agreement shall mean the Patent, Trademark Trademark, and Copyright Security Agreement among the Parent, the other Loan Parties party thereto, and the Administrative Agent, substantially in substantially the form of Exhibit 1.1(P)(11.1(CA-5) executed and delivered or such other form as shall be agreed by each of the Loan Parties to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lendersand such Loan Party(ies). Payment Date shall mean the first day of each calendar quarter after the date hereof and on the Revolving Credit Expiration Date or upon acceleration of the Notes.

Copyright Security Agreement shall mean the Patent, Trademark and Copyright Security Agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit 1.1(P)(1) Agreement, dated November 8, 2012, executed and delivered by each of the Loan Parties to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the LendersSecured Parties, amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time. Payment Date shall mean the first day of each calendar quarter after the date hereof hereof, the Maturity Date and on the Expiration Date or upon date of acceleration of the NotesLoans.

Copyright Security Agreement shall mean the Patent, Trademark and Copyright Security Agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit 1.1(P)(1) executed and delivered by each of the Domestic Loan Parties to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders. Payment Date shall mean the first day of each calendar quarter after the date hereof and on the Expiration Date or upon acceleration of the Notes.

Copyright Security Agreement shall mean the Patent, Trademark and Copyright Security Agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit 1.1(P)(11.1(P)(2) executed and delivered by each of the Loan Parties to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the LendersSecured Parties. Payment Date shall mean the first day of each calendar quarter after the date hereof hereof, the Maturity Date and on the Expiration Date or upon date of acceleration of the NotesLoans.

Patent, Trademark and. Copyright Security Agreement shall mean the Patent, Trademark and Copyright Security Agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit 1.1(P)(1) executed and delivered by each of the applicable Loan Parties to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders. Payment Date shall mean the first day of each calendar quarter after the date hereof and on the Expiration Date or upon acceleration of the Notes.

Copyright Security Agreement shall mean the Patent, Trademark and Copyright Security Agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit 1.1(P)(1) executed and delivered by each of the Loan Parties to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders. Payment Date shall mean the first day of each calendar quarter after the date hereof February, May, August and November, and on the Expiration Date or upon acceleration of the Notes.

Patent, Trademark and. Copyright Security Agreement shall mean the Patent, Trademark and Copyright Security Agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit 1.1(P)(11.1(IP) executed and delivered by each of the Loan Parties to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders. Payment Date shall mean the first day of each calendar quarter after the date hereof and on and, if it occurs earlier than any such day, the Expiration Date or upon the date of acceleration of the NotesNotes and other Obligations pursuant to Section 9 [Default].

Patent, Trademark and. Copyright Security Agreement shall mean the Patent, Trademark and Copyright Security Agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit 1.1(P)(1) executed and delivered by each of the Loan Parties to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the LendersAgent. Payment Date shall mean initially, May 1, 2017, and thereafter the first day of each calendar quarter after the date hereof August, November, February and May, and on the Expiration Date or upon acceleration of the Notes.

Patent, Trademark and. Copyright Security Agreement shall mean the Patent, Trademark and Copyright Security Agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit 1.1(P)(1) (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time) executed and delivered by the Borrower and each of the Loan Parties its Subsidiaries (other than Strategic Receivables) to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders. Payment Date shall mean the first day of each calendar quarter October, January, April and July after the date hereof and on the Expiration Date or upon acceleration of the Notes.
