PatentBook Administrator Indemnification. The PatentBook Administrator shall indemnify and hold Subscriber (Licensee), its employees, contractors, and Affiliates (collectively Subscriber (Licensee) "Indemnified Persons," and each a Subscriber (Licensee) "Indemnified Person") harmless against any and all claims, demands, liabilities and costs incurred by Subscriber (Licensee), its employees and Affiliates which directly or indirectly result from, or arise in connection with, any negligent act or omission of PatentBook Administrator, its employees or Affiliates pertaining to its activities and obligations under this agreement.
