Patents and Proprietary Rights for Final Products. (a) KRYPTON shall retain title to and ownership of all developments, whether patentable or not, relating specifically and exclusively to the Final Products, provided that such developments are entirely independent of any and all GENTA JAGO IPR (hereinafter collectively referred to "Final Product IPR").
