Common use of Patents; Copyright Clause in Contracts

Patents; Copyright. If the Concessionaire desires to use any designated device, materials or any process covered by letters of patents or copyrights, the right for such use shall be secured by the Concessionaire by suitable legal arrangements and agreements with the Patent’s owner or copyright owner. A copy of such agreement shall be filed with the Authority.
