PATENTS, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONFIDENTIALITY. 13.1 The Seller shall indemnify and hold the Buyer or the Third Party Owner, its employees, engineers and agents harmless against all proximate costs, actions, claims and demands brought by a third party by reason or in consequence of any infringement by the Module or parts thereof, or by the use of process that have been supplied by the Seller as a result of engineering services, any patent, design patent, trade xxxx or copyright.
