Common use of Patents, Patent Licenses, Trademarks and Trademark Licenses to the Clause in Contracts

Patents, Patent Licenses, Trademarks and Trademark Licenses to the. extent that (a) Liens thereon cannot be perfected by the filing of financing statements under the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in the relevant jurisdiction or by the filing and acceptance of intellectual property security agreements in the United States Patent and Trademark Office or (b) such Patents, Patent Licenses, Trademarks and Trademark Licenses are not, individually or in the aggregate, material to the business of the Parent Borrower and its Subsidiaries taken as a whole;

Patents, Patent Licenses, Trademarks and Trademark Licenses to the. extent that (a) Liens thereon cannot be perfected by the filing of financing statements under the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in the relevant jurisdiction or by the filing and acceptance of intellectual property security agreements in the United States Patent and Trademark Office or (b) such Patents, Patent Licenses, Trademarks and Trademark Licenses are not, individually or in the aggregate, material to the business of the Parent Borrower and its Subsidiaries taken as a whole;

Patents, Patent Licenses, Trademarks and Trademark Licenses to the. extent that (a) Liens thereon cannot be perfected by the filing of financing statements under the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in the relevant jurisdiction or by the filing and acceptance of intellectual property security agreements thereof in the United States Patent and Trademark Office or (b) such Patents, Patent Licenses, Trademarks and Trademark Licenses are not, individually or in the aggregate, material to the business of the Parent Borrower and its Subsidiaries taken as a whole;
