Patents, Trade Names and Rights. To the best of its knowledge ZiaSun and its subsidiaries own and hold all necessary patents, franchise rights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, inventions, processes, know-how, trade secrets, copyrights, licenses and other rights necessary to its business as now conducted or proposed to be conducted. ZiaSun is not infringing upon or otherwise acting adversely to the right or claimed right of any person with respect to any of the foregoing.
