The Borrower shall, and shall cause each of the Borrower’s Subsidiaries to, obtain and maintain adequate licenses, patents, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other similar property rights to conduct its business as currently conducted, except where the failure to obtain or maintain such property rights could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
