Common use of Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights and Licenses Clause in Contracts

Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights and Licenses. Each Borrower and each of its Subsidiaries owns, possesses or licenses or has the right to use all the patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrights, licenses and other Intellectual Property necessary for the present and planned future conduct of its business without any known conflict with the rights of others, except for such conflicts as could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect. All such patents, trademarks, service marks, tradenames, copyrights, licenses, and other similar rights as of the date hereof are listed on Exhibit 7.

Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights and Licenses.
