Common use of PaTH Internships Clause in Contracts

PaTH Internships. 99.1 Subject to this Agreement, including any Guidelines, the Provider may arrange (but not provide, purchase or broker) a PaTH Internship for a Participant who is eligible to participate in, and elects to participate in, a PaTH Internship.
