Pathogen Combination Products. A decision to change the Development of a stand-alone Collaboration COVID Vaccine Product to a Pathogen Combination Product requires prior approval of the JSC. For clarity, other than in the circumstances set out in Section 15.7(i), any Pathogen Combination Product which targets the SARS-CoV-2 Pathogen shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement, not the 2020 Collaboration Agreement.
