Patient Count Query. The term “Patient Count Query” means a direct query of the Research Repositories of one or more GPC Parties for De-identified Information in the form of patient counts necessary for an Affiliate Investigator to generate a hypothesis and/or determine if a Proposed Research Project is feasible within the GPC.
