Common use of Patient Referrals Clause in Contracts

Business Manager and the Practice agree that the benefits to the Practice hereunder do not require, are not payment for, and are not in any way contingent upon the referral, admission, or any other arrangement for the provision of any item or service offered by Business Manager to patients of the Practice in any facility, laboratory, center, or health care operation controlled, managed, or operated by Business Manager.
