Common use of Patriot Act Certificate Clause in Contracts

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.18) including, without limitation, the identity of the Borrower, the name and address of the Borrower and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower Company that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.18) including, without limitation, the identity of the BorrowerCredit Parties, the name and address of the Borrower Credit Parties and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower Credit Parties in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.18) including, without limitation, the identity of the Borrower, the name and address of the Borrower and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.18) including, without limitation, the identity of the Borrower, the name and address of the Borrower and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower such Company in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate reasonably satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the LendersBanks, provided by the Borrower Company that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.18) including, without limitation, the identity of the BorrowerCompany, the name and address of the Borrower Company and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any LenderBank, as applicable, to identify the Borrower such Company in accordance with the Patriot ActAct (as defined in Section 9.9 hereof).

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.18) including, without limitation, the identity of the BorrowerBorrower and the Guarantors, the name and address of the Borrower and the Guarantors and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower and the Guarantors in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory theretoto it, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower Company that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.18) including, without limitation, including the identity of the BorrowerCompany, the name and address of the Borrower Company and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower Company in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, substantially in the form of Schedule 4.1-1, for the benefit of itself and the Lenders, ; provided by the Borrower Company that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.18) including, without limitation, the identity of the BorrowerCredit Parties, the name and address of the Borrower Credit Parties and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower Credit Parties in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.1811.18) including, without limitation, the identity of the Borrower, the name and address of the Borrower and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate reasonably satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.18) including, without limitation, the identity of the Borrower, the name and address of the Borrower and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower Company that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.18) including, without limitation, the identity of the BorrowerCompany, the name and address of the Borrower Company and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower such Company in accordance with the Patriot Act.

The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.18) including, without limitation, the identity of the Borrowereach Credit Party, the name and address of the Borrower each Credit Party and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower each Credit Party in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower Borrowers that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.1815.22) including, without limitation, including the identity of the BorrowerBorrowers, the name and address of the Borrower Borrowers and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent Agent, the L/C Issuer or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower Borrowers in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.188.10) including, without limitation, the identity of the Borrower, the name and address of the Borrower and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by each of the Borrower Borrowers and Guarantors that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.18) including, without limitation, the identity of the Borrowersuch Borrower and Guarantor, the name and address of the such Borrower and Guarantor and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the such Borrower and Guarantor in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for the benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot PATRIOT Act (as defined in Section 9.18) including, without limitation, the identity of the Borrower, the name and address of the Borrower and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower in accordance with the Patriot PATRIOT Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.189.19) including, without limitation, the identity of the Borrower, the name and address of the Borrower and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.18) includingAct, including without limitation, the identity of the BorrowerCredit Parties, the name and address of the Borrower Credit Parties and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower Credit Parties in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by each of the Borrower Borrowers that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.18) including, without limitation, the identity of the such Borrower, the name and address of the such Borrower and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the such Borrower in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.18) Act, including, without limitation, the identity of the BorrowerLoan Parties, the name and address of the Borrower Loan Parties and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower Loan Parties in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate reasonably satisfactory thereto, for the benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.188.10) including, without limitation, the identity of the Borrower, the name and address of the Borrower and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower Borrowers that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.18) including, without limitation, the identity of the BorrowerCredit Parties, the name and address of the Borrower Credit Parties and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower Borrowers in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.1(s), for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.18) including, without limitation, the identity of the BorrowerCredit Parties, the name and address of the Borrower Credit Parties and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower Credit Parties in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.18) Act, including, without limitation, the identity of the Borrower, the name and address of the Borrower and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the LendersBanks, provided by the Borrower Company that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.18) including, without limitation, the identity of the BorrowerCompany, the name and address of the Borrower Company and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any LenderBank, as applicable, to identify the Borrower such Company in accordance with the Patriot ActAct (as defined in Section 9.9 hereof).

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the LendersPurchasers, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.18) including, without limitation, the identity of the Borrower, the name and address of the Borrower and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower Borrowers that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.189.19) including, without limitation, the identity of the BorrowerBorrowers, the name and address of the Borrower Borrowers and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower Borrowers in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.189.17) including, without limitation, the identity of the Borrower, the name and address of the Borrower and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower Company that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.188.10) including, without limitation, the identity of the BorrowerCompany and each other Credit Party, the name and address of the Borrower Company, each other Credit Party and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower Company and each other Credit Party in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot PATRIOT Act (as defined in Section 9.18) including, without limitation, the identity of the Borrower, the name and address of the Borrower and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower in accordance with the Patriot PATRIOT Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, substantially in the form of Schedule 4.1-1 to the Original Credit Agreement, for the benefit of itself and the Lenders, ; provided by the Borrower Company that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.18) including, without limitation, the identity of the BorrowerCredit Parties, the name and address of the Borrower Credit Parties and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower Credit Parties in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower Company that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.1813.13 of the Credit Agreement, as amended hereby) including, without limitation, the identity of the BorrowerCompany and each other Credit Party, the name and address of the Borrower Company, each other Credit Party and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower Company and each other Credit Party in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.1(r), for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.18) including, without limitation, the identity of the BorrowerCredit Parties, the name and address of the Borrower Credit Parties and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower Credit Parties in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.18) includingAct, including without limitation, the identity of the Borrower, the name and address of the Borrower and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.18) including, without limitation, the identity of the each Borrower, the name and address of the each Borrower and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the each Borrower in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.189.16) including, without limitation, the identity of the BorrowerCredit Parties, the name and address of the Borrower Credit Parties and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower Credit Parties in accordance with the Patriot Act.

The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.189.18 ) including, without limitation, the identity of the Borrower, the name and address of the Borrower and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Borrower in accordance with the Patriot Act.
