Common use of Patriot Act Certificate Clause in Contracts

Patriot Act Certificate. At least five (5) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, the Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.1(q), for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act including, without limitation, the identity of the Credit Parties, the name and address of the Credit Parties and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Credit Parties in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. At least five three (53) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, to the extent requested by the Administrative Agent at least ten (10) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, the Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.1(q4.1(o), for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act including, without limitation, the identity of the Credit Parties, the name and address of the Credit Parties and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Credit Parties in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. At The Administrative Agent shall have received, at least five (5) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, the Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.1(q), for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act Act, including, without limitation, the identity of the Credit Parties, the name and address of the Credit Parties and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Credit Parties in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. At least five (5) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, the Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.1(q4.1(o), for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower Credit Parties that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act including, without limitation, the identity of the Credit Parties, the name and address of the Credit Parties and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Credit Parties in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. At least five (5) Business Days prior to the Closing Restatement Date, the Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.1(q4.1(o), for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower Credit Parties that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act including, without limitation, the identity of the Credit Parties, the name and address of the Credit Parties and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Credit Parties in accordance with the Patriot Act.

At least five (5) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, the Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.1(q4.1(p), for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act including, without limitation, the identity of the Credit Parties, the name and address of the Credit Parties and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Credit Parties in accordance with the Patriot Act.

At least five one (51) Business Days Day prior to the Closing Date, the Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.1(q), for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act including, without limitation, the identity of the Credit Parties, the name and address of the Credit Parties and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Credit Parties in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. At The Administrative Agent shall have received, at least five (5) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, the Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.1(q), for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.18) including, without limitation, the identity of the Credit PartiesBorrower, the name and address of the Credit Parties Borrower and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Credit Parties Borrower in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. At The Administrative Agent shall have received, at least five (5) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, the Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate reasonably satisfactory thereto, substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.1(q), for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act (as defined in Section 9.17) including, without limitation, the identity of the Credit Parties, the name and address of the Credit Parties and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Credit Parties in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. At The Borrowers shall have provided to the Administrative Agent, at least five (5) Business Days days prior to the Closing Date, the Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.1(q), for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act including, without limitation, the identity of the Credit Parties, the name and address of the Credit Parties documentation and other information that will allow requested by the Administrative Agent or any Lenderin order to comply with requirements of the PATRIOT Act, as applicable, to identify the Credit Parties in accordance with the Patriot Actapplicable “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations.

Patriot Act Certificate. At least five (5) Business Days prior to the Closing Effective Date, the Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate reasonably satisfactory thereto, substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.1(q), for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act including, without limitation, the identity of the Credit Parties, the name and address of the Credit Parties Parties, and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Credit Parties in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. At least five (5) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, the Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.1(q)4.1-5, for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act including, without limitation, the identity of the Credit PartiesBorrowers, the name and address of the Credit Parties Borrowers and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Credit Parties Borrowers in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. At The Administrative Agent shall have received, at least five (5) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, the Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.1(q), for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act including, without limitation, the identity of the Credit PartiesBorrower, the name and address of the Credit Parties Borrower and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Credit Parties Borrower in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. At least five (5) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, the Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.1(q4.1(s), for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act including, without limitation, the identity of the Credit Parties, the name and address of the Credit Parties and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Credit Parties in accordance with the Patriot Act.

At least five three (53) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, the Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.1(qSchedule 4.1(r), for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act including, without limitation, the identity of the Credit Parties, the name and address of the Credit Parties and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Credit Parties in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act Certificate. At least five (5) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, the Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate satisfactory thereto, substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.1(q), for benefit of itself and the Lenders, provided by the Borrower that sets forth information required by the Patriot Act including, without limitation, the identity of the Credit Parties, the name and address of the Credit Parties and other information that will allow the Administrative Agent or any Lender, as applicable, to identify the Credit Parties in accordance with the Patriot Act.
