Patriot Act Compliance, Etc. The REIT and the Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, provide such information (including each Subsidiary’s name, address, and tax identification number) and take such actions as are reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or any Lender in order to assist the Administrative Agent and the Lenders in maintaining compliance with “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations including, without limitation, the PATRIOT Act.
