Common use of Patriot Act Disclosures Clause in Contracts

Patriot Act Disclosures. No later than five (5) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, the Administrative Agent, on behalf of itself and the Lenders party hereto, shall have received all documentation and other information that the Administrative Agent or any such Lender shall have requested in order to comply with its obligations under applicable “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including the Patriot Act, in each case to the extent such documentation and other information shall have been requested ten (10) Business Days in advance of such date.

No later than five (5) Business Days prior to the Closing Restatement Effective Date, the Administrative Agent, on behalf of itself and the Lenders party hereto, shall have received all documentation and other information that the Administrative Agent or any such Lender shall have requested in order to comply with its obligations under applicable “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including the Patriot Act, in each case to the extent such documentation and other information shall have been requested ten (10) Business Days in advance of such date.

No later than five (5) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, the Administrative Agent, on behalf of itself the Arrangers and the Lenders party hereto, each Lender shall have received all documentation and other information that the Administrative Agent or any Agent, the Arrangers and each such Lender shall have requested in order to comply with its respective obligations under applicable “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including the Patriot Act, in each case to the extent such documentation and other information shall have been requested ten (10) Business Days reasonably in advance of such date.
