Common use of Patriot Act Information Clause in Contracts

Patriot Act Information. Each Lender, each Issuer, the Collateral Agent and each Administrative Agent (each for itself and not on behalf of any other Person) hereby notifies the Parent and the Borrowers that pursuant to the requirements of the USA Patriot Act, it is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies the Parent and the Borrowers, which information includes the name and address of the Parent and the Borrowers and other information that will allow such Lender, such Issuer, the Collateral Agent or such Administrative Agent, as applicable, to identify the Parent and the Borrowers in accordance with the USA Patriot Act. The Parent and the Borrowers shall promptly, following a request by any Agent, any Issuer or any Lender, provide all documentation and other information that such Agent, such Issuer or such Lender reasonably requests in order to comply with its ongoing obligations under applicable “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including, without limitation, the USA Patriot Act.

Each LenderParticipant, each Issuer, the Collateral Agent and each the Administrative Agent (each for itself and not on behalf of any other Person) hereby notifies the Parent and the Borrowers Applicants that pursuant to the requirements of the USA Patriot Act, it is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies the Parent and the BorrowersApplicants, which information includes the name and address of the Parent and the Borrowers Applicants and other information that will allow such LenderParticipant, such Issuer, Issuer or the Collateral Agent or such Administrative Agent, as applicable, to identify the Parent and the Borrowers Applicants in accordance with the USA Patriot Act. The Parent and the Borrowers Applicants shall promptly, following a request by any Agent, any Issuer or any LenderParticipant, provide all documentation and other information that such Agent, such Issuer or such Lender Participant reasonably requests in order to comply with its ongoing obligations under applicable “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including, without limitation, the USA Patriot Act.
