Each Bank and the Administrative Agent (for itself and not on behalf of any other party) hereby notifies the Company that, pursuant to the requirements of the Patriot Act and the Beneficial Ownership Regulation (if applicable), it is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies the Company, which information includes the name and address of the Company and other information that will allow such Bank or the Administrative Agent, as applicable, to identify the Company in accordance with the Patriot Act and the Beneficial Ownership Regulation (if applicable).
