Common use of Patriot Act Notification Clause in Contracts

Patriot Act Notification. Each Lender subject to the Act and the Administrative Agent (for itself and not on behalf of any Lender) hereby notifies Borrower (and each Subsidiary) that, pursuant to the requirements of the USA Patriot Act, it is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies Borrower (and, to the extent requested, each Subsidiary), which information includes the name and address of Borrower (and, to the extent requested, each Subsidiary) and other information that will allow such Lender or Administrative Agent to identify Borrower (and, to the extent requested, each Subsidiary) in accordance with the USA Patriot Act.
