Common use of Patriot Act Clause in Contracts

Patriot Act. Each Lender and the Agent (for itself and not on behalf of any Lender) hereby notifies the Borrower that, pursuant to the requirements of the Patriot Act, it is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies the Borrower, which information includes names and addresses and other information that will allow such Lender or the Agent, as applicable, to identify the Borrower in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Patriot Act. Each Lender The Lenders and the Agent (for itself and not on behalf of any Lender) each hereby notifies the Borrower that, that pursuant to the requirements of the USA Patriot ActAct (Title III of Pub. L. 107-56 (signed into law October 26, 2001)), it is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies the Borrower, which information includes names the name and addresses address of the Borrower and other information that will allow such Lender or the Agent, as applicable, to identify the Borrower in accordance with the Patriot such Act.

Each Lender that is subject to the USA PATRIOT Act and the Administrative Agent (for itself and not on behalf of any Lender) hereby notifies the Borrower that, and the Servicer that pursuant to the requirements of the Patriot USA PATRIOT Act, it is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies the BorrowerBorrower and the Servicer, which information includes names the name and addresses address of the Borrower and the Servicer and other information that will allow such Lender or the Administrative Agent, as applicable, to identify the Borrower and the Servicer in accordance with the Patriot USA PATRIOT Act.

Patriot Act. Each Lender and the Designated Agent (for itself and not on behalf of any Lender) hereby notifies the Borrower that, pursuant to the requirements of the Patriot Act, it is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies the Borrower, which information includes names the name and addresses address of the Borrower and other information that will allow such Lender or the Agent, as applicable, it to identify the Borrower in accordance with the Patriot Act. The Borrower shall promptly provide such information upon request by any Lender or the Designated Agent.

Each Lender and the Administrative Agent (for itself and not on behalf of any Lender) hereby notifies the Borrower that, that pursuant to the requirements of the Patriot Act, it is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies the Borrower, which information includes names the name and addresses address of Borrower and other information that will allow such Lender or the Administrative Agent, as applicable, to identify the Borrower in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Each Lender and the Agent (for itself and not on behalf of any Lender) hereby notifies the Borrower Borrower, the REIT and the Guarantors, if any, that, pursuant to the requirements of the Patriot Act, it is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies the BorrowerBorrower and the Guarantors, if any, which information includes names and addresses and other information that will allow such Lender or the Agent, as applicable, to identify the Borrower and the Guarantors, if any, in accordance with the Patriot Act.

Each Lender and the Agent (for itself and not on behalf of any Lender) hereby notifies the Borrower Borrowers that, pursuant to the requirements of the Patriot Act, it is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies the BorrowerBorrowers, which information includes names and addresses and other information that will allow such Lender or the Agent, as applicable, to identify the Borrower Borrowers in accordance with the Patriot Act. §34.
