PATROL MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS ITEMS. Unless otherwise noted, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary and required to keep the Street Light System in proper operating condition. The Contractor shall submit a monthly report with its payment request listing all changes in item quantity. The Patrol Maintenance and Repairs Items (as per Section 4.10.2.) cost shall be for a lump sum (billed monthly on a pro-rated basis) two-year period notwithstanding the number of visits made by the Contractor to any single location during the two-year period. Unless otherwise directed in writing by the Commissioner, the number, type and location of equipment to be maintained shall be those expected as existing at the time the commencement of the Contract, corrected daily in accordance with the NYCDOT Division of Traffic’s orders for removal of obsolete installations or for the servicing of new installations. Any obstructions that prevent access to the Device(s), including but not limited to debris, weeds or poison ivy removal, shall be removed by the Contractor.
