Pattern PAA. Pattern has caused the PAA Provider to provide Administration Services to the Project, the Project Partnership and the Project General Partner, in accordance with any PAA between the PAA Provider and the Project General Partner, on its own behalf and as general partner of the Project Partnership. Pattern will, or will cause the PAA Provider, as applicable, to make available to the Shareholders the ledgers and all books and records relating to the Project in Toronto during the normal business hours and, to the extent practicable, by remote electronic access.
