Pavement Marking Plan Sample Clauses

The Pavement Marking Plan clause outlines the requirements for preparing and submitting a detailed plan for pavement markings on a construction or roadwork project. Typically, this clause requires the contractor to specify the types, locations, and methods of application for all pavement markings, such as lane lines, crosswalks, and directional arrows, and may require approval from the project engineer before work begins. Its core function is to ensure that all pavement markings are clearly planned and coordinated in advance, promoting safety, regulatory compliance, and consistency throughout the project.
