Pay-As-You-Use Services Sample Clauses
The Pay-As-You-Use Services clause defines a billing arrangement where customers are charged based on their actual usage of a service rather than a fixed fee. Typically, this means that the service provider tracks the amount or frequency of use—such as hours of access, data consumed, or number of transactions—and invoices the customer accordingly, often at pre-agreed rates. This clause ensures that customers only pay for what they use, providing flexibility and cost control, and helps avoid disputes over unused services or overpayment.
