Common use of Pay Goods & Service Tax Clause in Contracts

Pay Goods & Service Tax. To make payment of applicable Goods & Service Tax that may be payable in respect of all amounts to be paid by the Allottee to the Promoter / Association in terms of this Agreement as also to pay all others taxes payable by the Allottee in terms of this Agreement.

To make payment of applicable Goods & Service Tax that may be payable in respect of all amounts to be paid by the Allottee Allottee(s) to the Promoter / Association in terms of this Agreement as also to pay all others taxes payable by the Allottee Allottee(s) in terms of this Agreement. 35.1 The Allottee(s) shall bear all costs, charges, expenses and stamp duty and registration charges of this Agreement and Deed of Conveyance to be executed and registered in pursuance hereof.
