Common use of Pay Goods & Service Tax Clause in Contracts

Pay Goods & Service Tax. To make payment of applicable Goods & Service Tax that may be payable in respect of all amounts to be paid by the Allottee to the Promoter / Association in terms of this Agreement as also to pay all others taxes payable by the Allottee in terms of this Agreement. Use of Common Toilets: Ensure that the domestic help / service providers visiting the said Apartment use only the common toilets and while so using, keep the common toilets clean and dry.
