Pay Obligations to Lenders and Perform Other Covenants. Make full and timely payment of the Obligations, whether now existing or hereafter arising, and duly comply with all the terms and covenants contained in this Agreement (including, without limitation, the borrowing limitations and mandatory prepayments in accordance with Article II hereof) or in any other Credit Document at the times and places and in the manner set forth herein or therein, as applicable.
