Common use of Pay phone Charges Clause in Contracts

Pay phone Charges. If you use our "Toll Free" feature or any toll free feature or International calling that we offer, we will be entitled to recover from you any charges imposed on us either directly or indirectly in connection with such calls billed to your account. We may recover these amounts by means of a per-call charge, rounded up to the next cent, or in such other fashion, as we deem appropriate for the recovery of these costs.
