PAY PROCEDURE ON LAYOFF / TERMINATION. In the event of lay-off, the employee’s wages and XXX shall be available in full within three full working days of the time of lay off. Alternatively the employer shall send by Priority Post or Express Post with delivery confirmation to the address designated by the employee’s record of employment the above items within three full working days of the time of layoff. Should the employer fail to comply with these provisions the Canadian Joint Conference Board shall have the right to assess damages on behalf of the employee. In the event of Termination for Cause or Voluntary Termination the employee’s wages and XXX shall be available on the next regular payday. Should the employer fail to comply with these provisions the Canadian Joint Conference Board shall have the right to assess damages on behalf of the employee.
