Pay Taxes and Receive Refunds. To pay or cause to be paid from the Account any and all taxes and levies in the nature of taxes imposed on the property in the Account by any governmental authority, and to take all steps necessary to obtain all tax exemptions, privileges or other benefits, including reclaiming and recovering any withholding tax, relating to the Account and to execute any declarations, affidavits, or certificates of ownership which may be necessary in connection therewith.
