Payable by Three Instalments. The Crown shall pay to Maori the Settlement Amount in three instalments as follows: 3.1.1.1 one third on the Settlement Date; 3.1.1.2 one third on the Second Instalment Payment Date; and 3.1.1.3 the remaining one third on the Third Instalment Payment Date.
