Payahead. Any Monthly Payment intended by the related borrower to be applied in a Collection Period subsequent to the Collection Period in which such payment was received. Paying Agent: Initially, the Securities Administrator, in its capacity as paying agent under this Agreement, or any successor to the Securities Administrator in such capacity.
