PAYEE TAX. REPRESENTATIONS For the purposes of Section 3(f) of this Agreement, Party A will make the following representation: "Party A is entering into the Transactions through a branch in the United Kingdom within the charge to United Kingdom corporation tax and holds the Transactions solely for the purpose of a trade carried on by party A through that branch otherwise than as agent or nominee for another person."
