Paying Agent and Note Registrar Rights. So long as the Indenture Trustee is the Paying Agent and Note Registrar, the Paying Agent and Note Registrar shall be entitled to the rights, benefits and immunities of the Indenture Trustee as set forth in this Article VII to the same extent and as fully as though named in place of the Indenture Trustee herein. The Paying Agent shall be compensated out of the Indenture Trustee Fee.
