PAYING AGENT AND TRUSTEE TO REPAY MONIES HELD. Upon the satisfaction and discharge of the Indenture and this Supplemental Indenture with respect to the Notes all cash and Government Obligations then held by any Paying Agent (other than the Trustee) in respect of the Notes shall, upon demand by the Company, be repaid to it or paid to the Trustee, and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such cash and Government Obligations. Upon satisfaction and discharge of this Supplemental Indenture all cash and Government Obligations then held by the Trustee in respect of the Notes shall, upon demand by the Company, be repaid to it, and thereupon the Trustee shall be released from all further liability with respect to such cash and Government Obligations.
