Common use of Paying Agent, Conversion Agent and Registrar Clause in Contracts

Paying Agent, Conversion Agent and Registrar. Initially, The Bank of New York., a New York banking corporation (the "TRUSTEE"), will act as Paying Agent, Conversion Agent and Registrar. The Company may appoint and change any Paying Agent, Conversion Agent, Registrar or co-registrar without notice, other than notice to the Trustee. The Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their Affiliates may act as Paying Agent, Conversion Agent, Registrar or co-registrar.
