Common use of Paying Agent, Registrar Clause in Contracts

Paying Agent, Registrar. The Trustee shall initially serve as Paying Agent and Registrar with respect to the Notes, with the Place of Payment initially being the Corporate Trust Office. The Company may change the Paying Agent or Registrar without prior notice to Holders of the Notes, and the Company or any of its subsidiaries may act as Paying Agent or Registrar. In acting hereunder and in connection with the Notes, the Paying Agent and Registrar shall act solely as an agent of the Company and will not thereby assume any obligations towards or relationship of agency or trust for or with any Holder.
