Paying Agent, Security Registrar and Conversion Agent. Initially, the Trustee will act as Paying Agent, Security Registrar and Conversion Agent. The Co-Issuers may appoint and change any Paying Agent, Security Registrar or co-registrar or Conversion Agent upon written notice thereto. Either Co-Issuer or any Subsidiary or Affiliate of any of them may act as Paying Agent, Security Registrar or co-registrar.
