Paying Agent to Repay Moneys Held. Upon the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture all moneys then held by any paying agent of the Securities (other than the Debenture Trustee) shall, upon written demand of the Corporation, be repaid to it or paid to the Debenture Trustee, and thereupon such paying agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.
