Common use of Paying Agent to Repay Moneys Held Clause in Contracts

Paying Agent to Repay Moneys Held. Upon the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture with respect to any series, all moneys then held by any paying agent of the Notes of such series (other than the Trustee) shall, upon written demand of the Corporation, be repaid to it or paid to the Trustee, and thereupon such paying agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such moneys.
