Paying Agent to Repay Monies Held. Subject to the provisions of Section 11.04 hereof, the Trustee or a Paying Agent shall hold in trust, for the benefit of the Noteholders, all monies deposited with it pursuant to Section 11.01 hereof and shall apply the deposited monies in accordance with this Indenture and the Notes to the payment of the principal of (including the Redemption Price upon redemption pursuant to Article 3 hereof) and interest on the Notes.
