Common use of Paying Agent to Repay Monies Held Clause in Contracts

Paying Agent to Repay Monies Held. Upon the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture, all monies and shares of Common Stock, if any, then held by any Paying Agent (if other than the Trustee) shall, upon written request of the Company, be repaid to it or paid to the Trustee, and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such monies and shares of Common Stock.
