Common use of Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and Registrar Clause in Contracts

Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and Registrar. Initially, Citibank, N.A., London Branch will act as principal Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and Registrar. The Company may appoint and change any Paying Agent, Transfer Agent or Registrar without notice.
