Paying Agents and Transfer Agents. The initial Paying Agents and Transfer Agents are set out above. If any additional Paying Agents are appointed in connection with any Series, the names of such Paying Agents will be specified in Part B of the applicable Final Terms. The Issuer is entitled to vary or terminate the appointment of any Paying Agent or Transfer Agents (including in circumstances where any Paying Agent or Registrar does not become, or ceases to be, a Participating FFI) and/or appoint additional or other Paying Agents and Transfer Agents and/or approve any change in the specified office through which any Paying Agent or Transfer Agents acts, provided that:
